I am a photographer, writer, and poet based in Southern California. My photographic philosophy is shaped by photographers like Daido Moriyama, Mary Ellen Mark, and Matt Black.
I enjoy experimenting with both color and black white image making, as well as film and digital photography (though my heart belongs to film). My work spans documentary, street photography, and abstraction, unified by an interest in the relationship between place, memory, and the human presence and resilience within both.
I have recently returned to a personal photographic practice after taking an 8 year hiatus to work in commercial real estate and architectural photography. I am available for commissions and freelance assignments.
